These terms apply to all subscribers (coordinators and users) of the RANZ RoofGuide, and subscription and usage of the platform will be deemed as acceptance of these terms.
Definitions;
RANZ-Roofing Association New Zealand (Inc).
NZMRM-New Zealand Metal Roofing Manufacturers (Inc).
We/us-RANZ and NZMRM.
Member-An owner, director or authorised employee of a RANZ or NZMRM Member business.
Non Member- An owner, director or authorised employee of a business that is not a member of RANZ or NZMRM.
Written Notice-includes via email.
Governing Law-These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
Our obligations, We:

Grant you an annual license after the payment of the required subscription fee which enables access up to the number of access users relevant to the subscription fee paid.

Will, as necessary, update the Roofing Guide.

Reserve the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue any or all parts of the Roofing Guide at any time.

Reserve the right to change the subscription fee at our discretion. Any such change requires 1 month’s notice and will be in writing.

Will endeavour to ensure that the Roofing Guide is available at all times and remain accessible for the term of the subscription. We are not liable for any direct or indirect costs, losses or claims if access is interrupted, restricted or delayed.

Own all the intellectual property herein the Roofing Guide. We also apply a copyright to the Roofing Guide.

We do not warrant that the Roofing Guide is error free, accurate or up to date. We will not be liable in negligence, in contract, or otherwise, for any loss, damage or claim (including, without limitation, consequential loss or damage) suffered by you arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Roofing Guide.
Your obligations, You:

Will only use the content of the Roofing Guide in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Agree that we may vary the content in the Roofing Guide from time to time.

Will rely on your own professional judgement and skill to determine the appropriateness of using any of the information within the Roofing Guide.

Confirm that the use of the Roofing Guide is for business purposes as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and that the provisions of the Act do not apply.

Will not onsell your subscription or user allowances to any third party.

13. Will not reproduce, transmit or publish any content without Our written consent. Will pay the subscription fee in accordance with the subscription schedule. Upon payment of the subscription, access will be authorised within 2 working days for a period of 1 year from that date. Your subscription will automatically renew each year, unless you cancel your subscription (see terminate subscription item below). We reserve the right to restrict your access if you fail to pay the subscription fee by the due date.

Will indemnify us from any claim made against us by you or any third party arising out of the use of the Roofing Guide.

May terminate access to the Roofing Guide by giving us one month’s written notice after payment of your subscription fee. No credit will be paid for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Must provide proof when requested that you are member of RANZ or NZMRM to secure the member subscription rates.

Will receive access for the period of your training agreement when you are a trainee registered with a recognised industry training provider. Recognition of the industry training provider is at the sole discretion of RANZ.
Subscription Fee Table per Annum
Members:
Tier 1: $60 with access for 4 users
Tier 2: $ 80 with access for 6 users
Tier 3: $100 with access for 10 users
Additional access is $15 per user/device
Roofing Trainee:
$60 for 1 user for the period of the training agreement.
Non Members:
$100 with access for 1 user. $25 per additional user/device for the non-member entity.
